SecondBook is a free classifieds board for secondhand books, not a store. There's no cart, no checkout, and SecondBook never handles your money — you deal with the seller directly, the same way you would with any local classifieds ad.

Search or browse listings for the book you want.

Tap "Show contact number"
No account needed — the seller's phone number is revealed right on the listing.

Contact the seller
Call or message them directly to ask questions or confirm the copy's condition.

Arrange payment & delivery
You and the seller agree directly on how to pay and hand the book over. SecondBook doesn't process payment or handle delivery.

A few things worth knowing

Revealing a seller's number doesn't require an account or sign-in.
Leaving a review for a seller does require an account, and only after you've revealed their number on one of their listings.
Payment and handover — cash on pickup, bank transfer, courier, whatever you and the seller agree on — happen entirely between the two of you. SecondBook isn't a party to the transaction.
As with any classifieds site, meet in a safe, public place for handover when possible, and use your own judgment before sending money ahead of receiving a book.
